How do I edit my notifications?
To edit your notifications click on the arrow in the upper right hand corner where and select Account Settings. From there you will need to click on change notification preferences. From there you can customize what information you would like to get notified on.
What does the “Watch” of "Follow" do?
Watch allows you to keep up-to-date with subjects of interest. Users can select the channels and rooms they’d like to feature in a digest email and specify how often to receive it. The digest can be received daily, monthly or weekly. Digests can also be managed through Your Digest in your profile.
How do I edit my profile for SHIFT20?
Editing your profile is easy. First, make sure you are logged into the SHIFT20 event site. Once logged in navigate to your profile menu provided in the upper right corner of the screen. When you click on it you will see the link to "edit profile." Click on that link. This page allows you to edit your profile information including: contact information, profile picture, company info, business affiliation, company sector, social links, and more!
How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact info through your profile on the SHIFT20 website. Please see How do I edit my profile question. If you update your contact information in your profile on the SHIFT20 website, it will not update your registration, planner, or IFT records. To update your contact infromation in your IFT Membership record, please contact IFT Central - Email: firstname.lastname@example.org, Toll-Free: 1.800.438.3663, International: +1.312.782.8424. To update your contact information with registration, please contact Experient - Email: email@example.com, Toll-Free: 800.462.9440, International: +1.847996.5848. To update your contact information in your My Planner, login at ift20.mapyourshow.com, click on My Planner and click on My Profile. Make your changes and click on Update Profile at the bottom of the page.
