Registration: I signed up for SHIFT20 early. Am I registered for the virtual event?
Please refer back to your confirmation email, it should have a Subject Line of: Attendee Confirmation for IFT20 Virtual Event and Expo. The email would have come from: IFT20 Event Customer Service; email_confirm@confmail.experient-inc.com. The confirmation ID would be located above your name in the email message.

How do I register for the IFT20 during the event?
To register for IFT20 during the event please go to https://www.iftevent.org/register/registration

I am having trouble signing up for the event planner, the system says to verify email every time I log into the SHIFT 20 Planner.
When creating a planner account, be sure to watch for an email with the subject line, SHIFT20 Verify Your Email. Click on the link contained in that email in order to verify your account. Once you've done that, you will no longer receive verify your email notification when you are logged into the planner. If you have multiple emails from SHIFT20 Verify Your Email, click on the most recent email and verify your email through that link.

I'm registered, how do I login to the virtual event?
To login to the virtual event you can either click on the link in your registration confirmation email or you can click the login button at the top right. If you created a personalized planner, you can also login to your planner and link to favorited sessions, events, and content from there.

I am having trouble signing in to the Shift20 site with the log-in IFT provided me to upload my poster. How can I log in as an attendee?
This log in you were given from IFT is associated with your poster profile. To access your personal profile, you must be a registered attendee. To properly log in you will need your e-mail address.
